Seminars for Grieving People:

Dr. Webster’s passion is to conduct seminars for grieving people
after a significant loss.  The Following Seminars Focus on Grieving People, and Can Be Offered in a Public Forum or Special Evening.

Signposts:  A Guide through the Grief Journey

Grief is one of the most difficult experiences of life.  We are rarely prepared for the intensity of some of the emotional reactions following the loss of a loved one.  Is there a “road map” for the grief journey, or at least some signposts to help us find our way through the process.  Dr. Bill Webster knows about grief from personal experience.  He comes to share some of his insights on the grief journey, and some practical suggestions to help us along this challenging path.  You will identify with what he has to say, as well as with some of the individuals who will share their stories and some of their struggles by video.

Grief:   The Healing Journey

Losing someone you care about can be one of the most difficult experiences of life.  Some of the emotions and reactions can seem so uncharacteristic and unusual.  We sometimes wonder how we will be able to go on.  Dr. Bill Webster understands some of these feelings from personal experience, and he comes to share some effective coping strategies to assist you after your loss.  He suggests that while grief can be a painful experience, it can also be the pathway to healing and hope.  You will receive great encouragement from this presentation, as well as sharing with others whose experience may be similar.

A Not So Jolly Christmas

Losing someone you care about can be one of the most difficult experiences of life.  We sometimes wonder how we will be able to go on.  This can be particularly demanding as the holiday season approaches, with all its challenges and memories, as well as its emphasis on “the season to be jolly”.  Christmas can be a painful reminder of what we have lost.  Dr. Bill Webster understands some of these feelings from personal experience, and he comes to share some effecting coping strategies to assist you after through this difficult season.  You will receive great encouragement from this presentation, as well as sharing with others whose experience may be similar.

Living with Dying:

Strategies on helping both the dying person and their families and friends cope with the grief that is associated with the dying process.

Dr. Webster also offers several Motivational Seminars, including:

Those inviting Dr. Webster to conduct seminars may choose which of the learning goals are most appropriate to their situation, although time frames will dictate how many objectives can be reached.
